1. Wholesale-only purchasing

2. Product information and availability
Product images, descriptions, measurements, prices and availability are provided for current catalog guidance. Stock, colour, size and final commercial terms should be confirmed with Ruhi Wholesale before payment.
3. Pricing and payment
Catalog prices are per piece unless stated otherwise. Custom-order prices may vary based on fabric, quantity, design and market demand. Payment should be made only using the verified UPI details supplied by Ruhi Wholesale after order confirmation.
4. Shipping and transport
Delivery, porter and local transport charges are extra and must be borne entirely by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and coordinating any buyer-arranged transport.
5. Damage claims
A mandatory parcel opening video is required for any damage claim. Claims should be raised promptly after delivery with the relevant order information and supporting video.
6. Custom orders
Custom garment requests are subject to availability, sourcing and quotation. A custom order is not confirmed until the buyer and Ruhi Wholesale agree on the specifications, quantity, price and payment terms.
